The MFGNA Board of Directors shared a proposed 2023 budget for the Association. That budget is below and was approved by a vote of the membership at the Annual Meeting on October 18, 2022.

The first newsletter in January 2022 was primarily to inform the neighborhood about proposed development of apartments to be built on Byrd Ave and Willow Lawn Drive.
